Shocking incompetence - wasted hours of my time and refused to even pay me. An hour phone call pre-screening, an hour and a half in the facility before they disqualified me for something I'd informed them of in the first 10 minutes. It took me an hour to get there so they wasted 3.5 hours of my time for nothing, refused to even give me the 50 for my trouble. I wouldn't have gone ahead with the study anyway because they did not inspire confidence - everyone seemed to be in training, it took 3 tries to get my blood pressure because the machines were broken and the employee didn't even know how to put a blood pressure cuff on properly. What's more they were completely rude. Don't waste your time with this place - unprofessional, unskilled, RUDE. Wish I could give zero stars!

I just got my check and TWO THUMBS UP! So easy, I don't know why more people don't do this. Easy money people! Whoever says anything negative ... well you are negative people because it was easy and they are so nice. They even took time to educate me on the process while I was waiting which they didn't have to do. One person was very busy but there were a lot of us so obviously they cannot cater to everyone. This one girl Linda even gave me extra juice because I told her it was my daughter's favorite, she is the best!
